1. Cleaning: Before cleaning your scooter, ensure the power supply and charging cable are disconnected. Then, simply wipe the outer shell with a soft cloth. Do not directly wash the scooter with water or other liquids to prevent water droplets from seeping into the interior and causing permanent damage to the internal electronic components.

Note: Most self-balancing scooters are designed with an IP34 dust and water resistance rating, limiting protection against fine dust and splashes. Do not use a high-pressure water gun or immerse the scooter in liquid for cleaning.

2. Wheel Maintenance: Regularly inspect the tire assembly. Gently shake the tire along its axis to observe if the assembly moves. If it does, check and tighten the screws at the tire assembly mounting points.

Regularly check the left and right tires for severe wear and even wear. If wear is severe, contact after-sales service for replacement.

3. Battery Maintenance: Before storing, fully charge your scooter to prevent over-discharge of the battery due to prolonged inactivity.

If storing for more than one month, please fully charge the battery before storing, and ensure the scooter is completely discharged at least once every three months.

4. Storage
Do not leave your scooter outdoors. It is recommended to store it indoors in a dry environment with a suitable temperature.

For long-term storage, you can cover your scooter with a dust cover to prevent dust accumulation and keep it clean and like new.

If the ambient temperature is below 0°C, do not charge the scooter directly. Place the scooter in a warm environment (above 0°C) and ensure the body temperature has risen before charging to ensure the battery has the longest lifespan and is in optimal condition.
