Extra Comfort with Thick Cushioned Base
This is the Cushioned Baby Bouncer. It is an upgraded version of our standard LB806. The main improvement is the base comfort. Regular bouncers have only a thin layer of fabric on the bottom. Babies may feel uncomfortable lying on a hard base for a long time. So we added a thick cushioned layer inside the 300D cationic fabric cover. The cushion uses EPE pearl cotton. This material is soft and has good bounce. It spreads the baby's weight evenly. The product fits the natural C-shape of a baby's spine. It prevents poor posture from bases that are too hard or too soft. This extra comfort makes a real difference for newborns.
Soft Padding without Adding Much Weight
The frame is still steel tube with baked paint. Our own metal workshop makes it. The fabric is 300D cationic yarn. It is breathable and wear-resistant. The whole bouncer weighs only 2.8 kg. The extra cushioning does not add much weight. The Cushioned Baby Bouncer has three backrest angles. You can choose flat for sleep, middle for feeding, or upright for burping. The silicone anti-slip pads on the bottom are included. The cover, including the cushion layer, is removable and washable. The EPE pearl cotton can be taken out and dried separately.
Special Checks and Patent Protection
Our factory does extra checks on the cushioned base. We press the cushion to test for evenness. We make sure there is no sinking or clumping. We also check the steel tube welding, the three-angle adjustment, and the anti-slip pads. Every Cushioned Baby Bouncer gets a 100% inspection. The product has applied for structural patents. These cover the three-angle adjustment and the anti-slip base structure. The baked paint is lead-free and non-toxic. The 300D cationic fabric passes environmental tests. We offer a one-year warranty. If any parts are damaged upon arrival, we send replacements in the next order for free. A 40HQ container holds 2500 units. This model is perfect for parents who prioritize baby comfort.
